We are looking for a Safety Director to join our Group Health & Safety team. In this role, you will lead group-level safety development projects as a subject matter expert and support our business areas in various safety-related topics.

What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate group-level safety development projects
- Support business areas in implementing safety standards and processes
- Provide expertise in safety topics such as process and machinery safety and contractor management, especially for risk management and investment projects
- Conduct and lead serious incident and fatality (SIF) investigations
- Act as group H&S auditor in peer audits
- Analyze safety data and provide performance insights
- Deliver safety trainings
- Monitor international safety regulations and standards
- You are experienced safety professional with a relevant master’s degree
- Certified safety professional preferred
- You have over 10 years’ experience in industrial operations or construction
- You are skilled in safety management systems and standards
- You have strong project management and auditing skills
- You have expertise in process safety, machinery safety, contractor management or managing safety in complex investment projects
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You are fluent in English
