What You Will Do
During your 12 months at UPM, you will embark on an exciting program which offers you the opportunity to learn more about the different facets of outside sales. Through three distinct program phases, one of which is abroad, you will also gain insights into other areas of UPM’s organization. Overall, our Graduate Program aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network.

What You Will Do

Your Tasks May Include
- Design and implement a Business Plan simulation tool to test business scenarios and financial outcomes, ensuring scalability and usability for strategic planning
- Support Biorefining AI projects leveraging AI for process optimization, forecasting etc.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPIs and performance tracking
- Maintain clear documentation of models, processes, and dashboards
- Support market intelligence team on various tasks
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or Industrial Engineering and Management
- You have strong business acumen, including an understanding of financial modeling and business planning concepts
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
- You have ability to analyze complex datasets and identify trends
- You have proficiency in data analysis and some experience on AI model development
- You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams and supporting multiple initiatives
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
