We are now looking for a Graduate, AI Program to join our Corporate Chatbot Transformation team in UPM AI Program. Home location of the position will be in Helsinki, Finland.

What You Will Do
During your 12 months at UPM, you will embark on an exciting program which offers you the opportunity to learn more about our company-wide AI transformation. Through three distinct program phases, one of which is abroad, you will also gain insights into other areas of UPM’s organization. Overall, our Graduate Program aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network.
During the program, you will participate in multiple assignments within the UPM AI Program. Your homebase will be the Griffy transformation team, where we develop UPM’s own everyday AI assistant.

Your Tasks May Include
- Curating, structuring, and continuously improving the knowledge sources, in collaboration with the content owners
- Assisting with content review and lifecycle management
- Documenting pragmatic, AI-friendly knowledge management guidelines and keeping them up to date
- Overseeing and coordinating testing processes, both with AI and with content owners and end users
- Supporting content owners and AI transformation with AI-friendly knowledge management
- You have a Master’s degree in information management, data management, information architecture, digital communications, or a similar field, and you combine it with a strong business orientation
- You are passionate about data and AI, with a strong interest in making AI practical and useful at work.
- You have a keen eye for content quality.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You are comfortable working in multicultural, virtual teams
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
