Group Manager, Global Sustainability

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Global Sustainability Group Manager to lead our end-to-end sustainability, ESG, and environmental agenda across the organization.

In this role, you will shape and drive sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives, global best practices, and regulatory requirements—embedding sustainability into our operations, culture, and long-term value creation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s global sustainability and ESG strategy
• Drive climate action initiatives, including GHG inventory, decarbonization programs, and climate risk assessment
• Oversee the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs
• Manage ESG reporting and disclosures across global and local frameworks (SEC 17-A, GRI, CDP, TCFD, SASB, IFRS, among others)
• Ensure environmental compliance across all facilities and operations
• Lead programs on energy and water efficiency, waste reduction and recovery, wastewater compliance, and emissions management
• Define sustainability KPIs, monitor performance, and manage sustainability budgets
• Partner with cross-functional teams, regulators, and external stakeholders to strengthen sustainability governance
• Lead digitalization initiatives for sustainability data, metrics, and reporting
• Build organizational capability and awareness to embed sustainability across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 8–10+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental management
• Strong experience in ESG reporting, disclosures, and regulatory compliance
• Solid understanding of climate action, environmental programs, and sustainability governance
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives—preferably in a regional or global context
