Overview
Unity Solar Group (USG), a vertically integrated solar developer, is seeking a Commercial Solar Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent solar projects from concept through completion.
This role requires a proactive, forward-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects while building strong client and team relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the conceptual development, scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, and execution of commercial solar projects.
- Manage subcontractors, materials, and costs, ensuring projects meet milestones and contract compliance.
- Work closely with superintendents and foremen to align budgets with on-site execution.
- Support and collaborate with installation teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience (solar preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical equipment, and construction materials.
- Experience with field supervision
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A self-starter with strong work ethic, initiative, and pride in performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
