We are expanding our team and looking for skilled Technicians to join our growing operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable Insulation & Energy Efficiency Technicians to perform installation of radiant barriers, solar attic fans, blown-in insulation, and spray foam insulation in residential homes. This role requires hands-on work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service radiant barrier systems in attics to reduce heat transfer.
• Install solar attic fans to improve ventilation and energy efficiency.
• Operate equipment to apply blown-in insulation to attics, walls, and crawlspaces.
• Mix and apply spray foam insulation (open-cell and closed-cell) per manufacturer specs.
• Prepare and protect work areas, ensuring clean and professional installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment, including blowing machines and spray rigs.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols when working in attics, roofs, and confined spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering basic homeowner questions about installs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient Level in English
• Proven, hands-on experience in ALL types of insulation installations: radiant barrier, solar attic fans, blown-in insulation, and spray foam insulation (required).
• Comfortable working in hot attic environments, on roofs, and in crawlspaces.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
