Career Levels & Pay
Account Executive (Entry): $45,000–$50,000
Team Lead (Leadership): $75,000–$100,000
IBL Partnership (Business Builder): $75,000–$200,000–$300,000+
Base salary option available after 30 days for those who qualify.

Requirements
* Must operate as an Independent Business Owner with an active business entity
* Experience managing and leading a sales team
* Reliable transportation
* Proven track record in door-to-door or B2B sales
