? Full Stack Team Lead | Fast-Growing Tech Scale-Up | London | Up to £130,000 + Bonus


We are currently working with an exciting, fast-growing technology scale-up that is looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join its expanding engineering team.


The business is at the forefront of the CleanTech and EV charging industry, developing innovative software solutions that are helping accelerate the transition towards smarter, more sustainable energy.


As the Full Stack Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a talented team of engineers, while remaining hands-on with the design, development and delivery of scalable software solutions.


You'll be working on exciting technical challenges, including modernising existing applications, developing new services and helping shape the future architecture of the platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership within a fast-paced, product-focused environment.


? Skills required:

  • Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and Next.js
  • Experience with Kotlin / Spring Boot, or a willingness to develop backend expertise
  • Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer mentoring other engineers
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design and scalable applications
  • Experience working within a product-led environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


⭐ Desirable experience:

  • AWS and CI/CD pipelines
  • Kafka, DynamoDB or event-driven architectures
  • Experience within a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Exposure to the Energy, EV or CleanTech industries


? Location: Central London (The Strand) – 3 days per week on-site

? Salary: Up to £130,000 + Bonus + Benefits
