This fast-moving climate tech startup is building core infrastructure for the next-generation energy system. Their software coordinates large fleets of distributed energy assets, from EV chargers to heating systems to home storage, shifting demand to the cleanest, cheapest hours on the grid.


The Role

This is a broad, high-ownership role suited to someone who learns fast, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys blending technical depth with operational problem-solving. You’ll work across markets, customers, and new growth opportunities - helping shape both strategy and execution.


What You’ll Work On

  • Exploring and launching new markets - from research and analysis through to go-to-market planning
  • Helping new and existing customers extract maximum value from the platform
  • Identifying and driving growth opportunities across new verticals and customer segments
  • Tackling complex, technical challenges that require rapid learning and decisive execution
