Summary
Unbound is a fast-growing, international B2B events and information company dedicated to facilitating the scale-up of climate industries. We’re looking for a highly motivated marketing executive to join our team. You'll report to our Marketing Manager Monika, supporting short-to-medium-term event marketing campaigns and helping shape our overall strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of campaigns and build your marketing skillset in a supportive, fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management: Across our social media channels (LinkedIn and Bluesky) and email newsletter. You will also work closely with the event production, sponsorship and editorial team to ensure our websites are up-to-date with the latest content, speakers, sponsors and reports
- Audience Growth: Increase enquiries, event interest and email subscriptions through lead-gen activities
- Track and Report: Utilise Google dashboards to track marketing KPIs such as unique enquiries, website visits and conversions, adapting your approach according to what you find
- Foster Industry Partnerships: Help build and maintain in-kind marketing partnerships with other organisations
- Branding and Assets: Support the creation of event assets and print materials whilst ensuring strong, consistent branding across all marketing collateral
- Start-Up Mentality: In this fast-paced start-up environment, there will be times when you are required to work on things outside your comfort zone and job specification
What We’re Looking For
- B2B Marketing Experience: 1 years of marketing experience in events, ideally in a B2B environment - including delivering successful marketing campaign activity to fulfil business objectives
- Passionate about Sustainable Solutions: A strong interest in how cutting-edge technology, science and business can support climate action
- Content Creator: Track record of producing and curating engaging content with the ability to work across multiple digital channels, particularly with email newsletters and LinkedIn
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail and design
- Communication: Excellent and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-Starter: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to strict deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Nice-to-haves: Affinity with Photoshop (and similar design), video editing, social scheduling, and email platforms is a plus
Competitive Compensation: OTE: £33,000 - £36,000
- £30,000 - £32,000 base salary
- Profit share for each event you work on
Generous Leave & R&R:
- 25 days holiday (pro rata) + 1 additional day for each year with the company (up to 30 days)
- Additional holiday given between Christmas and New Year (when office is closed)
- Dedicated rest & recovery time: 2 additional days off after each event
