Job Description

The Lead Inspector is a specialist with extensive experience and in-depth technical knowledge. This professional is responsible for supervising and guiding field teams, developing advanced strategies for effective inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The senior specialist is also a leader in innovation and the application of advanced technologies in inspection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead field inspection teams, guiding lower-level inspectors and ensuring inspections are conducted with precision and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement advanced strategies and methods for effective inspections, including process optimization and the introduction of new inspection techniques.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and technical excellence.
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of complex client problems, providing innovative technical solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
  • Innovate and apply advanced technologies in inspection processes, keeping the company at the forefront of technology and improving operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners, promoting the company's image and expanding business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at conferences and professional forums, contributing to industry development and sharing technical knowledge.
  • Conduct research and studies to improve inspection practices, staying updated with the latest trends and technological developments.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on special projects, including those involving multiple disciplines or significant technical challenges.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation systems and inspection records, ensuring traceability and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control and Automation Engineering/ Technology.
  • Over four years of experience in equipment inspections and technical team mentor.
  • Mastery of applicable standards and experience with quality management.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor other inspectors and positively influence the team.
  • Proven experience in process improvements and solving complex problems.
  • Advanced certifications in equipment inspection or related areas.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and project management software.
  • Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments and communicate effectively at different organizational levels.
  • International inspection experience and knowledge of global standards.
  • Leadership in safety and sustainability initiatives, promoting responsible practices in all inspection operations.
