In this hybrid role based in Madrid – Getafe, Spain, you’ll manage a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, document handling, meeting coordination, and communication management.
You’ll also support special projects and help resolve complex inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

In this hybrid role based in Madrid – Getafe, Spain, you’ll manage a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, document handling, meeting coordination, and communication management.
You’ll also support special projects and help resolve complex inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
- Works with the organizational team on various projects or special tasks as needed.
- Creates reports and documents for various projects and coordinates questions regarding processes and procedures.
- Manages schedule coordination and maintains calendars, meeting agendas, and travel itineraries.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
- Performs other duties as directed
- Higher Secondary Education and 3+ years clerical experience in administrative field.
- A knack for organization and time management.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Confidence in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
