What We’re Actively Looking For

We are actively seeking a Part-Time Senior Designer with strengths across graphic design, website design, and motion/video production. This role supports multiple client accounts and internal initiatives. You will be hands-on in execution while also providing design direction across a range of creative needs.


This is a working designer role. You are expected to concept, design, iterate, and deliver. You will collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and leadership.


Job Description


1. Graphic Design


You will own and execute a wide range of digital and print design needs, including:


  • Social media creative and ad graphics
  • PowerPoint and Word document design


Sales and marketing collateral such as:

  • Flyers
  • One-pagers
  • Capability decks
  • Trade show and event materials
  • Ongoing branded asset creation for client campaigns


  • Maintaining clean, organized design files and version control across Asana and Google Drive


  • Applying consistent brand systems while elevating overall creative quality


You bring a clean, modern design sensibility and understand how to design for business outcomes.


2. Website Design & Updates


You will support both internal and client website initiatives, including:


  • Designing and building new pages on Wix Studio as well as WordPress.


Supporting:

  • Layout design
  • Page structure
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Responsive behavior
  • Executing website updates and ongoing improvements
  • Maintaining accessibility-conscious UI/UX standards
  • Supporting content-driven updates and performance-focused layout adjustments
  • Collaborating with strategy, SEO, and content teams for site execution


HTML and CSS knowledge is a strong plus. You do not need to be a full developer, but you must understand how modern websites are built and behave.


3. Animated Graphics & Video Editing


This role includes regular video and motion-based creative work:

  • Turning static social graphics into 8–15 second animated assets
  • Building short-form branded video content from:
  • Stock videos
  • Client-provided footage
  • Photography and still assets


Applying:

  • Client-specific color systems
  • Typography
  • Motion styles
  • Custom transitions
  • Ensuring every video feels intentional, premium, and on-brand
  • Supporting ad creatives, social campaigns, and brand storytelling efforts


This is not template-level motion work. We expect polish, pacing, and visual storytelling.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role


  • 5+ years of professional design experience across digital, web, and motion


Strong portfolio showing:

  • Graphic design
  • Website design
  • Animated or video content


Hands-on experience with:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)


Experience with:

  • Wix Studio (Or the ability to learn it fast)
  • WordPress


Solid understanding of:

  • UI/UX fundamentals
  • Accessibility best practices
  • Responsive design systems
  • Organized file management and production discipline
  • Clear, professional communication skills across Slack, Zoom, and email
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without slipping deadlines
  • A self-managed, focused home workspace
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment


Role Details


  • Job Type: Part-Time, Long-Term Contract


  • Weekly Hours: Estimated 20–25 hours (flexible based on workload)


  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, async with some real-time collaboration


  • Work Location: Fully Remote (HQ in Florida)


  • Compensation: $25 - $40/ hour
