TUM Venture Labs is a joint initiative of UnternehmerTUM and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). We unite a network of domain-specific incubators that serve as a springboard for entrepreneurship in the fields of Deep Tech and Life Sciences. Our mission is to support start-ups in scaling from the first idea to investor readiness—powered by an active network of academic and industry experts, strategic guidance, and state-of-the-art research and development infrastructure.
Your Mission
You will support outstanding researchers and founding teams from TUM and the Munich ecosystem on their journey from scientific discovery to scalable, economically sustainable business models—with measurable climate impact contributions (mitigation, adaptation, resilience). You will work across multiple TUM Venture Labs (including Climate & Circular, Mobility, AI, Built Environment, Food/Agro/Biotech, Manufacturing) and orchestrate resources, partnerships, and capital to help high-potential teams become fundable, internationally scalable companies more quickly.
