Position Title
Head – Multilateral & Government Coordination (World Bank / ADB / UNDP/ State Govt.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Overview
The role involves leading strategic coordination with multilateral institutions development finance institutions, and State Government bodies. The position requires driving partnerships, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment of programs with organizational and public policy objectives.
This is a highly dynamic role requiring frequent travel across states and, where required, international travel for multilateral engagements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multilateral & Development Bank Engagement
- Lead engagement with institutions such as the Multilateral other development finance institutions
- Identify funding opportunities, grants, and technical assistance programs
- Manage end-to-end coordination for project proposals, approvals, and execution
- Ensure compliance with multilateral guidelines and frameworks
2. State Government Coordination
- Act as the primary interface with State Government departments and agencies
- Facilitate policy alignment, approvals, and inter-departmental coordination
- Support implementation of government-linked programs and schemes
- Build and maintain relationships with senior bureaucrats and policymakers
3. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support CEO in strategic initiatives involving public-private partnerships (PPP)
- Develop and drive program roadmaps aligned with national/state priorities
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and impact
4. Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior stakeholders including:
- Government officials
- Multilateral agencies
- Industry bodies
- Internal leadership teams
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings, forums, and negotiations
5. Project & Program Management
- Oversee large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
- Ensure timely delivery, reporting, and impact measurement
- Manage cross-functional coordination internally
6. Policy & Advisory
- Provide insights on policy developments, regulatory frameworks, and funding trends
- Support CEO in decision-making through research and analysis
- Prepare high-quality briefs, presentations, and reports
Travel Requirement
- Frequent travel is mandatory for this role
- Regular travel across state capitals and project locations
- Occasional international travel for engagements with multilateral agencies
- Ability to work in dynamic, on-ground environments and interact with diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
Education
- MBA/PGP from a Tier-1 institution (IIM preferred) or equivalent
- Additional qualifications in public policy, finance, or development studies are a plus
Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience (flexible based on seniority)
- Proven experience in:
- Multilateral organizations / consulting / government advisory
- Development finance / infrastructure / public sector projects
- Stakeholder engagement at senior levels
