What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Way: Oversee and actively participate in the installation of solar modules, wiring, and electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with NEC requirements and company standards.
- Mentor Your Team: Provide daily guidance and technical expertise to your crew, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Technical Problem-Solver: Tackle on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution, all while supporting our customers.
- Document with Precision: Maintain thorough installation records, including site details and equipment configurations, to ensure transparency and quality.
- Communicate Effectively: Engage with customers, inspectors, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Safety First: Keep a safe and organized job site and ensure company vehicles and equipment are operated responsibly.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Licensure: Current Electrician License or documented progress toward licensure preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in solar installation, electrical work, or construction fields.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work at heights, and comfort with tools.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks in various outdoor conditions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate teams and promote a positive work environment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability: Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
