If you're a licensed electrician ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!Pay:$25 – $45/hr depending on license/experienceSign-On Bonus:$5,000Benefits:Health, vision, and dental insurance401K savings plan with company matchLife insurance available, both companies paid and electedPaid Time OffWhy Join Us?Be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and sustainability.Work with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly growing industry.Enjoy a collaborative environment that values your expertise and craftsmanship.What You'll Do:Upgrade & Install:Execute service upgrades, utility meter moves, and install solar-related electrical equipment, wiring, and devices—all while adhering to safety and code standards.Lead the Charge:Provide technical expertise and guidance to installation crews, ensuring top-notch workmanship and safety on every project.Team Player:Assist with staging materials and site prep, maintaining a clean, organized job site.Document Success:Complete project documentation, including photos and equipment diagrams, and submit promptly.Communicate Effectively:Interact professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.Follow Safety Protocols:Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle care and safety guidelines.Qualifications We're Looking For:License Required:A valid State Electrical License.Code Knowledge:Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) in residential settings.Experience Preferred:Previous residential solar experience is a plus, but we're eager to train motivated licensed electricians!Mechanical Skills:Comfort with tools and physical tasks, including climbing and lifting (40-50 lbs). xihmbkeClean Record:A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
