If you’re a skilled professional ready to make a real impact, this is your chance to shine. As a  Senior Solar Installer , you’ll be the technical backbone of our installation teams. You will ensure every project meets our high standards, adheres to electrical codes, and delivers outstanding value to our customers.


 


Pay:


$25 – $30/hr

What You’ll Do:



  • Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices for residential solar PV systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Trinity Solar’s installation standards, NEC, and local regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle with all necessary tools and materials.
  • Assess jobsite conditions to execute tasks safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Represent Trinity Solar with professionalism and exceptional customer service.


Qualifications We’re Looking For:



  • Experience: 4-5 years of electrical or solar installation experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), especially Articles 690-710.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical system challenges efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and adaptability to changing field conditions.
  • Solar Installation Background: Residential solar installation experience is essential.
  • Equipment Operation: Familiarity with equipment operation (e.g., trenchers, lifts) is a plus.
  • Safety Commitment: High dedication to safety and quality workmanship. xrczosw
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions.
