We’re seeking experienced Project Managers to be deployed across the U.S., overseeing high-value substation, transmission, and energy-infrastructure builds. You’ll lead construction and modernization efforts that strengthen grid reliability and accelerate energy-transition initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multimillion-dollar substation and power-infrastructure projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Direct field teams, coordinate engineers and contractors, and drive safety and performance.
- Maintain scheduling, budgeting, and documentation across complex scopes.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and above expectation — where failure isn’t an option.
- Uphold TRIFECTA standards of professionalism, communication, and Mission-Critical execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 + years of project-management experience in substation, utility, or electrical infrastructure.
- Proven leadership managing construction or EPC projects in live-power environments.
- Familiarity with cost-tracking, estimating, and scheduling tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or accept extended deployments.
- A results-driven mindset and commitment to excellence under pressure.
Compensation
$110,000 – $150,000 + annually (depending on experience & assignment scope).
Deployment-based structure with project stipends, per diem, and performance incentives where applicable.
