Trefadder is a commercial climate company. We restore ecosystems and remove CO2 by planting long-term climate forests - rooted in science, verified for impact, and built to last.
We started in Norway six years ago. Since then, 200+ companies have partnered with us
to take real climate action. In Denmark, we’ve been growing for 1.5 years - and now we’re ready to scale further. This role is part of that journey. It’s about helping us grow with clarity - connecting strategy to traction and supporting partnerships that move the dial.
What you’ll do
As our new Commercial Growth Manager, you’ll bring analytical strength and commercial creativity to a cross-functional role. You’ll help shape new offerings, support strategic partners, and build the materials that move ideas forward.
You will:
• Own our partner network: Nurture strategic partnerships and activate joint opportunities
• Support pipeline growth: Produce white papers, decks, and customer-facing concept briefs • Bridge strategy and execution: From market insights to go-to-market solutions
• Collaborate across teams: Especially with brand, sales, and operations in Dk and Norway
• Drive partner enablement: Toolkits, onboarding, follow-up
• Identify and act on go-to-market opportunities: Bringing structure to new initiatives
Who you are:
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, ESG, strategy, or commercial growth roles • Strong analytical thinker with commercial instincts
• Comfortable switching between high-level thinking and hands-on execution
• Curious about climate markets and how credibility is built
• Strong communicator, fluent in written English (Danish a plus, not a must)

• Clear pipeline contribution from partners and campaigns
• High-quality GTM materials that support sales and positioning • Recognized as a valuable connector across teams and partners
