If you have Paycom or other HRIS experience and love improving systems, processes, and data, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact.
In this role, you’ll own the design, optimization, and governance of HR technology platforms to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams. You’ll ensure data integrity, drive automation, and turn complex information into actionable insights that help leaders make smarter people decisions.
Your day will include system configuration, auditing, and report creation while managing integrations between HR systems and key business tools. You’ll also lead HR tech projects, resolve issues with vendors, and champion user adoption through training and documentation.
We’re looking for a problem-solver who understands how HR systems connect people, process, and performance. Whether your background is in Paycom, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or another platform, your technical expertise and business insight will be highly valued.
