You may have been part of some big projects before, but this work is legacy-building.

You're looking to contribute to the transformation of the transport sector towards a greener and more sustainable future. You want to actively participate in shaping policies and initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, promote renewable energy adoption, and enhance the overall environmental performance of the transport network.

In this role, you'll:

You will lead a program of works delivering new wind and solar generation across NSW, supporting the Government’s Climate Change (Net Zero Future) Act 2023.

As the Senior Program Manager, you will plan and manage the operational delivery of oversize and over-mass renewable energy infrastructure into Renewable Energy Zones (REZ).

This includes facilitating the transport of wind turbine towers and blades, transformers, and synchronous condensers.

The role will establish and oversee transport operations and escort functions, managing risks and minimising cumulative impacts to the road network, its users, and local communities during operational delivery.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/27. The home office location is 231 Elizabeth and will require ad hoc travel with advanced notice to site locations and our Newcastle office.
