In this role, you'll:
Work collaboratively across teams to uplift capability and support the Environment & Sustainability Management Framework (ESMF) while undertaking assurance activities to monitor and verify compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements.
You will help maintain and develop tools, templates and processes that strengthen consistency and compliance, and coordinate knowledge sharing initiatives (newsletters, briefings, lessons learned).
In addition, you’ll analyse environment and sustainability performance data to uncover trends and insights, and support monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
This is your chance to directly influence how environmental performance is measured, understood and improved at scale.

About You
You bring experience in environment, sustainability, infrastructure, policy, assurance, or compliance.
You have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Your collaborative approach and ability to build trusted relationships enable you to work effectively across teams, while your confidence in navigating environmental legislation, policies, and standards supports sound decision making.
You also have a talent for coordinating training, capability uplift and performance reporting. Above all, you’re recognised for delivering results, taking ownership of your work, and helping teams understand what great environmental performance looks like.
