Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst
The CSR Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our global sustainability strategy. The CSR Analyst will report to, and collaborate closely with the CSR Specialist, as well as broader Compliance team, contributing to sustainability reporting, environmental management, responsible business initiatives, and client-driven ESG requirements.
Sustainability Reporting & ESG Programs
- Support the preparation and coordination of ESG and sustainability reports, including data collection, validation, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining ESG indicators across different frameworks and client requirements.
- Contribute to the company’s participation in EcoVadis, including evidence gathering, documentation reviews, and improvement actions.
- Support the preparation of disclosures related to CDP, including data consolidation and narrative drafting.
- Assist with activities related to CSRD readiness, including gap assessments, double materiality preparation, and documentation mapping.
Climate Action & Environmental Management
- Collaborate on climate reporting initiatives using the GHG Protocol, including emissions calculations, activity data verification, and emissions reduction tracking.
- Help prepare analyses and summaries aligned with TCFD recommendations on climate-related risks and opportunities.
- Support operational and administrative tasks related to the ISO 14001:2015-certified Environmental Management System (EMS), including documentation updates, corrective actions, and employee awareness initiatives.
- Track progress of environmental programs and ensure alignment with client, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- Assist with responding to ESG-related client assessments, questionnaires, and sustainability information requests.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as IT, HR, Operations, Procurement, and Legal to gather information and implement sustainability initiatives.
Required skills
- Great ability to research and understand applicable international standards, statutory and regulatory requirements as well as clients’ requirements applicable to TransPerfect.
- Excellence in viewing and solving complex issues with multiple requirements from holistic view.
- Ability to develop, implement, execute and monitor policies and procedures required by relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to maintain and update vast amount of data accurately.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Strong MS Office/computer skills.
- Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills and ability to learn new skills quickly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of CSR principles, sustainability trends, and ESG best practices.
Desired additional skills
- Prior exposure (academic or professional) to sustainability reporting frameworks such as GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, EcoVadis, GRI, CSRD, or ISO standards is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ESG software/tools is an advantage.
