Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for us and our portfolio company. Additionally, the role will involve enhancing employer branding initiatives, partnering with hiring managers to identify organizational needs, and fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders to build a robust talent pipeline.


Requirement:

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring practices
  • Experience with Recruiting strategies and talent sourcing methodologies
  • Knowledge and implementation of Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and align hiring strategies with organizational goals
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4–6 years in Technical Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in the VC/PE space or startup ecosystem hiring for senior level across multiple roles
  • Proven experience managing companies requirement and reducing Time-to-Hire.
