About Transcend
Transcend is a sustainability-driven software company transforming the way engineering firms, utilities, and technology suppliers assess and design critical infrastructure. Our first-of-its-kind generative design platform, Transcend Design Generator (TDG), automates preliminary engineering for water and wastewater treatment facilities, electrical substations, and other essential assets. By incorporating innovative and sustainable technologies, we help ensure safe, equitable, and resilient infrastructure worldwide.
Why Transcend?
The Engineering & Construction industry – which spends over $500 billion annually on engineering services – has relied on the same manual processes for decades. This lack of innovation slows down progress on climate action and sustainability. Transcend is changing that. Over the past 10 years, we’ve built a cloud-based software solution that redefines how projects are developed, accelerating design, boosting efficiency, and driving cultural transformation across the industry.
Our customers include many of the global top 10 engineering and construction firms, and we are backed by leading US, European, and Chinese private equity investors, along with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private-equity arm of the World Bank Group.

Mission
Own the story, packaging, and successful adoption of Transcend’s platform and modules. Acts as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and GTM. Translate complex technical and engineering feature sets into simple, compelling offers that utilities, AECs, and OEMs can understand, buy, and use.
Summary of Responsibilities:Product positioning & messaging
- Define clear positioning and messaging for the Transcend platform. This will emphasize individual modules and solution bundles.
- Tailor narratives for key segments (utilities, AEC firms, OEMs, partners) and for different buyer personas (Executives, PMs, Engineers).
- Maintain a single source of truth for value propositions, proof points, and competitive differentiation.
PRFAQ & discovery support
- Partner with Product Strategy to shape the customer, market, and GTM sections of every major PR/FAQ.
- Pressure-test problem statements, value hypotheses, and target personas through customer and market research.
- Ensure that every approved PR/FAQ represents a commercially viable offer with clear ICP, pricing assumptions, launch and adoption approach.
Go-to-market & launches
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new modules, major features, and solution/packaging releases.
- Define launch tier, rollout plan, naming, messaging, and success metrics.
- Build and drive cross-functional launch checklists with Product Strategy, Delivery, Sales, CS, CE, and Marketing.
Packaging, pricing & commercial architecture
- Collaborate with Product Strategy, Revenue, and Finance to recommend pricing & packaging changes (modules, tiers, offers, add-ons).
- Translate complex technical capabilities into simple offers and commercial guardrails for Sales.
- Update and maintain solution packaging while leading the go-to-market strategy and launch plans for new modules, major features, and solution releases
- Maintain pricing collateral and internal deal guidance.
Sales, CS & partner enablement
- Create and maintain sales & CS enablement assets: solution decks, playbooks, battlecards, ROI narratives, demo scripts, one-pagers.
- Train internal team and partners on new features, positioning, and competitive context.
- Support strategic deals with tailored narratives, proposal language, and executive storylines.
Market intelligence & voice of customer
- Run ongoing customer, prospect, and partner interviews to understand use cases, objections, and adoption barriers.
- Collaborate with Strategy & Competitive Intelligence to synthesize trends and competitor moves into actionable and usable information.
- Own a simple win/loss and feature adoption feedback loop that feeds future PR/FAQs.
Performance & impact
- Define success metrics for launches (adoption, usage, expansion, win-rate changes).
- Partner with RevOps and Product Strategy to track impact and recommend course corrections.
- 5–10 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 3 in enterprise or complex technical products.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end launches and working closely with Product, Sales, and CS (not just creating content).
- Experience translating deeply technical capabilities into commercial offers for engineer or technical buyer personas.
- Demonstrated work on pricing & packaging, segmentation, and/or solution bundling.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments and being the first Product Marketer PMM or a founding member of the function.

- Familiarity with working-backwards / PRFAQ style product discovery.
- Experience working with project-based engineering teams, agencies, or consultancies.
