Trane Technologies is hiring for a Service Technician role in Finland. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable future. What you will do:

  • Take charge of commissioning and servicing HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment and systems on customer premises.
  • Perform maintenance, replacements, and service upgrades.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
  • Collaborate with top HVAC professionals.
  • Receive comprehensive technical training on the latest HVAC equipment.

What you will bring:

  • Technical education (or higher) in HVAC or a related field
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining chillers; experience in a data center environment is an asset
  • Genuine interest in ongoing professional development within the refrigeration industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Valid F‑Gas certificate and any other required licenses
  • Electrician qualification (S3)
  • Experience working in a mission‑critical environment, including 24/7 availability, rotating shift coverage and participation in on‑call escalation tiers
  • Strong skills in incident management and root cause analysis
  • Consistent professionalism and discipline, with readiness to support internal and external quality or compliance audits
  • Solid laptop and computer skills
  • Ability to drive and work across multiple locations in Finland
  • High flexibility and adaptability in dynamic operational conditions
  • Communicative level of English
