In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects. What you will do:
- Take charge of commissioning and servicing HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and repair equipment and systems on customer premises.
- Perform maintenance, replacements, and service upgrades.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
- Collaborate with top HVAC professionals.
- Receive comprehensive technical training on the latest HVAC equipment.
- Technical education (or higher) in HVAC or a related field
- Experience in servicing and maintaining chillers; experience in a data center environment is an asset
- Genuine interest in ongoing professional development within the refrigeration industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Valid F‑Gas certificate and any other required licenses
- Electrician qualification (S3)
- Experience working in a mission‑critical environment, including 24/7 availability, rotating shift coverage and participation in on‑call escalation tiers
- Strong skills in incident management and root cause analysis
- Consistent professionalism and discipline, with readiness to support internal and external quality or compliance audits
- Solid laptop and computer skills
- Ability to drive and work across multiple locations in Finland
- High flexibility and adaptability in dynamic operational conditions
- Communicative level of English
