Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

Customer And Sales Support

  • Processing new hire orders
  • Processing of off hires
  • Processing hire exchanges/additional extras
  • Arranging transport for new hires and off hires
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Collaboration with Hire, Sales, and Operations Team: Establish strong communication channels to share key customer insights.
  • Ensure purchase orders are processed timely, within approval and target limits that have been agreed across departments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.
  • A proactive approach to dealing with high volume incoming calls.
