- Sales Engineer will promote and propose Trane airside products to building owners, consultants and contractors
- The focus is to increase Airside sales and penetrate this market to gain more market share
- Responsible for developing long term customer relationships
- Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts
- Maximizing account penetration and customer retention
- Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
- Update forecast timely into the system
- Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- 1-2 years in Engineering sales
- Experience in HVAC industry will be a plus
- Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
