Responsibilities

  • Sales Engineer will promote and propose Trane airside products to building owners, consultants and contractors
  • The focus is to increase Airside sales and penetrate this market to gain more market share
  • Responsible for developing long term customer relationships
  • Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts
  • Maximizing account penetration and customer retention
  • Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
  • Update forecast timely into the system
  • Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement

  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
  • 1-2 years in Engineering sales
  • Experience in HVAC industry will be a plus
  • Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
