Job Summary:

The position is responsible for providing advanced technical support across all stages of the customer journey—including pre-sales, installation, aftersales, and parts services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital and control solutions, active promotion of technology adoption, and flexible working hours to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across AP region.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide expert technical support in pre-sales activities, including product presentations, technical clarifications, and solution proposals.
  • Support installation and commissioning processes, ensuring best practices and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Deliver aftersales service by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and recommending solutions; coordinate with local and cross teams for complex cases.
  • Manage parts identification, replacement, and technical assistance, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, third-party vendors, and customers) to resolve product and quality-related issues effectively and promptly.
  • Digital and Control Application & Promotion
  • Champion the promotion and implementation of digital solutions and control applications for TK products, helping drive adoption among sales teams and customers.
  • Develop and deliver trainings and workshops to internal teams and customers on digital offerings, system controls, and value propositions.
  • Conduct market research on the digital landscape, monitor competitor activities, and propose enhancements to current solutions.
  • Collaborate with product development and IT teams to feedback market needs and contribute to roadmap planning.
  • Flexible Collaboration Across Regions
  • Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate cross-regional meetings, communications, and projects with teams and clients outside Asia Pacific.
  • Ensure timely and effective responses to stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction, supporting revenue growth and business performance.
  • Other related assignments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical support, application engineering, or solution management in HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries.

  • Comfortable working in a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a globally connected business environment.
  • Ability to travel within the AP region and occasionally between regions as needed
