专注于互联网、金融、通信等数据中心用户,深入理解数据中心冷却技术演进与TCO(总拥有成本)需求,提供适配性强、可靠性高、节能高效的整体温控方案,致力于成为数据中心基础设施领域值得信赖的合作伙伴。
关键岗位职责:
- 客户开发和关系管理:负责指定区域或全国范围内数据中心行业(包括互联网巨头、金融、运营商、政府、第三方IDC服务商及大型企业自建数据中心等)的新客户开发与市场开拓,深入理解客户需求,建立并维护与数据中心业主、设计院、总包方、关键决策者及合作伙伴的长期战略合作关系,最终完成公司制定的销售目标。
- 销售全过程管理:独立负责从项目线索挖掘、技术交流、方案设计支持、商务谈判、合同签订到回款的全流程销售工作。
- 解决方案销售和项目执行:协同公司技术支持团队,为客户提供定制化的数据中心空调解决方案(如精密空调、自然冷却系统、间接蒸发冷却、氟泵系统等),有效展示产品价值与技术优势,并且紧密跟进重点项目的进展,协调内部资源(技术、商务、交付)确保项目顺利落地,提升客户满意度。
- 市场信息洞察:收集、分析数据中心市场动态、竞争对手信息及客户反馈,为公司产品策略和市场策略的制定提供决策支持。
- 本科及以上学历,自动化、机电工程、暖通空调、制冷、软件开发等相关专业优先(了解中央空调,特别是数据中心精密空调的基本原理、产品系列和关键性能指标(如PUE、能效比、可靠性等);
- 5年大型工业设备直销或解决方案销售经验,具备数据中心基础设施(供配电、空调、监控等)销售经验,熟悉数据中心行业特点、建设标准、技术趋势和主要客户群体者优先(如运营商、腾讯、阿里、华为云、万国数据等);
- 优秀的销售技巧,包括客户开发、需求挖掘、方案呈现、商务谈判和合同管理能力;
- 以结果为导向,积极向上,具备良好的抗压能力
