Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

  • Job Summary

Work in cross functional teams with high integrity through effective use of sound and vibration test/simulation tools and data diagnosis. Participate in developing project plans, test plans.

  • Key Competencies

Data analysis and diagnosis, acoustic modeling and simulation, sound quality and psychoacoustics.

  • Responsibilities
  • Leading product development projects, overseeing sound/vibration/fatigue programs;
  • Developing product sound ratings, predicting and simulating product application sound levels, and applying new technology for product sound and vibration control;
  • Jobsite sound and vibration issue diagnosis capability;
  • Perform experimental studies (laboratory testing, data acquisition and process, etc.);
  • Should demonstrate good project documentation skills.
  • Should have positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. Should be able to work collaboratively with various people. Strong customer focus, absorb critical reviews to consistently deliver beyond customer expectations.
  • Qualifications
  • MS or PHD Degree in Acoustical Engineering.
  • Working knowledge in Acoustics and Structural Dynamic Test Techniques and Dynamic Test Instrumentation.
  • Skilled in LMS Test.Lab, B&K Pulse or other test and data process system. And/or skilled in acoustics simulation software;
  • Ability to work in a team environment, applying theoretical and test knowledge to product sound and vibration control.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
