Where Is The Work
On-Site (5 days)
Responsibilities
To lead and manage sales support team to provide support to Sales team To verify the chiller/ AHU orders from customers & SE and provide feedback before confirmed order with factory overseas. Main person to coordinate with factory for delivery of chillers Work closely with Applied & Service team to ensure chillers being delivered and installed properly at job site Involve in solving chiller problem at job site and deal with customers tactfully to maintain our reputation while solving problems Involve in providing accurate actual and forecast number for orders & sales for Applied Team Guiding young Sales Engineer in providing efficient and accurate quotation and data to Consultant/ Contractors based on her vast & comprehensive knowledge Train up and build up the sustainable sales support team

Requirements
- Education levels should be Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant job scopes
- Leadership skills to manage a team of staff to fulfil Department’s objectives
- Meticulous and has eyes for details with pleasant characteristics
- Good communication skills
