Where Is The Work

This is a virtual position.

What You Will Do

  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience in the Commercial HVAC Customer Quality and Smart Services environment.
  • Collect, analyze and monitor warranty and service work order information.
  • Compile data from multiple systems to research and analyze service performance for workbook creation.
  • Interact with commercial sales offices with an emphasis on the Smart Service Stream and provide guidance on appropriate cost allocation and process improvements.
  • Enter claims in Warranty Management System
  • Support team efforts to manage and reduce warranty spend, accruals, and reserves.
  • Run claims reports, collect quality data and work on process improvement projects as directed.

What You Will Bring

  • Degree preferred with 3+ years of experience in customer service, claims analysis, warranty support, service or related field.
  • Customer focused and continuous improvement mentality.
  • Ability to recognize, prioritize, and perform required activities with minimal supervision and appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and partner with both internal and external Customers.
  • Strong analysis skills and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to learn and work in multiple systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Excel required.
  • Detail conscious, organized, responsible and dependable.
  • HVAC or mechanical term knowledge a plus.

Compensation

Pay Range: $ 49,500 - $100,500 annually
