The IT Manager Pueblo is responsible for the overall IT performance at their assigned manufacturing / warehouse facilities in the Commercial HVAC Americas strategic business unit (SBU) . Supporting the site leadership team, the ISC IT Manager is the primary plant contact for IT services and support. Managing the local IT team, he/she works as a liaison between our key business partners, SBU IT and multiple IT shared services teams to maintain and improve IT service delivery. He/she is a key contributor to the development and execution of IT solutions supporting the SBU strategy to grow revenue, increase operating income, and improve productivity for the site.

Where is the work:
This is an onsite position based at our manufacturing facility in Pueblo, CO. Also, t he ISC IT Manager may have responsibility for overseeing IT services at more than one manufacturing location.
This role has been designated as On-Site . While most work must be done on-site, there is flexibility to work remotely when workflow and priorities allow.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall IT service delivery performance at the site
Leads, coaches and supports the local IT team
First point of contact for customer support escalations and major downtime incidents
Build relationships with functional leaders to align solutions with business strategies
Capture demand and help prioritize project requests and change requests/enhancements
Develop and execute IT strategy to maintain strong alignment with the business while delivering results for the site(s)
Partners with operations leadership and IT to develop and execute IT strategy supporting annual and long-range plans
Technology advocate for the site, maintains alignment between Lean manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with company IT standards
As part of SBU IT, works with enterprise IT and external partners to support site deployments in areas such as ERP, MES, and digital factory program initiatives
Coordinates the sites participation and leads/manages the local execution of projects such as application implementations, technology deployments, and infrastructure upgrades
Applies lean principles to IT standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards to eliminate waste
Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement activities and events within the site(s) including RIEs, VSAs, and health checks
Identifies opportunities to leverage and improve the use of technology. Develops improvement recommendations to optimize service delivery
Qualifications (Education and Experience):
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management or related technical discipline is required. Masters degree is a plus
7+ years experience in a manufacturing IT environment, or equivalent manufacturing operations / engineering experience, with a demonstrated history of success and progression
Experience with manufacturing/shop floor applications and systems including MES/production execution, inventory/warehousing, quality and maintenance applications
Experience participating and/or leading projects in a manufacturing / industrial environment
Knowledge of Oracle ERP System and Apriso MES is a plus
Understanding of and experience applying Lean principles is a plus
Understanding of factory automation and machine integration is a plus
Experience with onshore/offshore models for both projects and operations support
Able to work safely in an industrial machinery environment
Overnight travel may be required to some of our North American facilities. Minimal travel expected (5-10%)
