Trane Technologies is currently seeking an Assembler III.
As an Assembler III, you will work with Area Managers and Team Leads to ensure proper job instructions and training, promote cross-training, and offer expertise and troubleshooting for various assembly work cells or lines. What You Will Do
- Promotes values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.
- Enforce, promote and comply with workplace safety procedures
- Regular and reliable attendance, which includes punctuality and working scheduled overtime, is necessary to meet our commitment to provide quality products and service to our customer.
- Able to complete all Assembler I & II responsibilities in addition to Assembler III responsibilities.
- Must perform as a leader, lead by example, and train new employees.
- Must be trained to perform all tasks on assembly line, operate as a fill in, perform quality inspections and troubleshoot.
- Will braze, solder electrical components, wire, and charge systems as needed.
- Will be involved on lean and 5S implementation team.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Team Lead to help team members adapt to changes in operations, processes, and procedures.
- Must be flexible, able to work under high pace and changing conditions, moving others on the line as needed to reduce bottlenecks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Relative Work Experience: 2-5 years general assembly experience with hand tools.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to communicate, read and understand work instructions in English.
- Specialized Training: Brazing, charging or wiring skills/training preferred and will be developed after hire.

Additional Requirements
- Possesses all key competencies of an Assembler I & II.
- Basic understanding of machine utilization/efficiency, capacity calculations, bottleneck analysis, and flow.
- Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of employees.
- Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration inside and outside the department to reach common goals.
- Ability to promote and identify process improvements in the work environment.
