Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

  • Escolaridad/Educación: Ingenieria / Licenciatura terminada ( Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecanico,etc.)
  • Experiencia: 1 año en puesto similar. (Conocimientos en áreas productivas)
  • Habilidades administrativas y técnicas: Ingles conversacional (necesario), Organización, Capacidad de análisis, Liderea a un grupo de personas, Toma de decisiones, Manejo de conflictos
  • Funciónes / Responsabilidades: 1. Despliegues y aseguramiento de estandares ME2 de Trane ( CMA, OEDP, Lean 1.0, 2. Coordinar, Coaching, y Seguimiento RIES /VSA. 2.Coordinar, Coaching, y Seguimiento RIES /VSA. 3.Soportar la planeación estratégica de la planta ( Tareas tácticas) y el Aseguramiento KPIs del depto. 4. Proporcionar capicitacion /entrenamientos herramientas ME2. 5.Proporcionar capicitacion /entrenamientos herramientas ME2. 5. Control y seguimiento de MCR (Plan de transformacion, actualización de tarjetas) 6. Asegurar la implementacion de Mejoras (Circulos de oportunidad).
