What will you do: In this role you will:
- Coordinate Sales Resources: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and support.
- Prepare Proposals and Technical Data: Select products and create detailed proposals, including all necessary technical information.
- Engage with Customers and Teams: Actively interact with customers and internal teams to address inquiries and provide support.
- Manage Orders: Handle software requests for pricing, enter orders, and manage related coordination.
- Prepare Documentation and Obtain Approvals: Create invoices and order acknowledgements, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Oversee Project Execution: Facilitate the handover of projects to respective teams and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Team Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various departments.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to address and resolve issues promptly, even under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Customer Service Orientation: A professional and courteous approach to customer inquiries and support.
