Where is the work: (Work location & Mode of work): This position has been designated as On-Site Based in Hyderabad location.
What Will You Do
- Act as the main contact for customer matters.
- Manage accounts and create growth plans.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with the Technical Support Team.
- Develop sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints with internal teams.
- Organize service reviews and customer events.
- Prepare and present contract proposals.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- At least 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside, Energy Services, and Building Services (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills to read and interpret engineering documents.
- Effective communication skills to respond to inquiries and present information.
- Problem-solving skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Enjoy working collaboratively with others and meeting new people.
- Willingness to learn new skills to better serve customers.
