Where Is The Work

  • From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What you will do:

As the RTS Product Engineer, you will work as a member of the product development team, responsible for the testing & qualification of Trane Commercial HVAC products, including components, systems and subsystems.

  • Participation as an active member of the product development team.
  • Work with design engineers to help drive projects to completion.
  • Assist with deviation approvals.
  • Work with production lines to assist with communicating design intent.
  • Coordination and scheduling of prototype builds and evaluation.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 2-years of engineering or product design experience is required.
  • Experience with solid modeling design package (such as CREO) a plus.
  • Problem assessment; analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented individual with emphasis on achieving overall team performance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $58,000 - $95,000
