Job Summary
As Senior Manager Treasury Operations, Americas, you will report to the Director Global Treasury Operations and will be responsible for ensuring that Trane Technologies has efficient and effective controls and processes over cash/ liquidity management, bank connectivity, treasury management systems, intercompany financing and bank account management across the region. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the business, cross functional partners and externally as appropriate to support and provide guidance, as well as identify and implement effective solutions from a cash management and treasury operations perspective.
What you will do:
Base Pay Range: $ 146,700-194,300
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.

Job Summary
As Senior Manager Treasury Operations, Americas, you will report to the Director Global Treasury Operations and will be responsible for ensuring that Trane Technologies has efficient and effective controls and processes over cash/ liquidity management, bank connectivity, treasury management systems, intercompany financing and bank account management across the region. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the business, cross functional partners and externally as appropriate to support and provide guidance, as well as identify and implement effective solutions from a cash management and treasury operations perspective.
What you will do:
- Lead a high-performance Treasury team, develop competency and technical skills, inspiring continuous improvement and collaborating as a strategic partner to the business and other functions
- Lead the Americas cash management processes, cash positioning, intercompany financing and liquidity management within a continuous improvement environment
- Lead the Americas M&A due diligence/ closing activities/ business implementation, productivity initiatives and cross functional projects from a treasury operations perspective
- Proactively identify and in a timely manner implement solutions from a Treasury perspective to support business needs and cross functional opportunities
- Management of the Americas bank account structure, fee structure and maximizing operational functionality to effectively support the ongoing and future operational banking needs of the Group
- Management of the Americas loan portfolio working with appropriate stakeholders to identify financing needs, loan reporting, documentation requirements and incorporate effective tax planning considerations
- Continuous improvement of KPIs, cash management and cash forecasting analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and mitigate risks
- In coordination with the EMEA Cash and Treasury Operations Leader and the APAC Treasury Manager, continue the development and management of our global treasury management systems including bank system rationalization, bank connectivity and fraud analytics and BI reporting
- Working with our banking partners, businesses and IT resources, manage the ongoing development of merchant processing solutions, bank connectivity, e-commerce payment solutions and compliance controls
- Manage and develop treasury cash management policies and procedures including the Treasury Business Operating System to ensure a strong control environment
- Develop strategies and plans to enable more effective treasury functional activities through systems and processes that result in enhanced internal controls and productivity.
- Provide solutions, guidance and support on treasury operational related matters to other functions and businesses
- The successful candidate must be an experienced and skilled financial executive with at least 7 years of experience within the Finance function of a publicly held global corporation.
- This individual should have international experience in a variety of finance related issues on a multi-national level with an emphasis on leadership and decision making.
- You must have a track record of building trust and operating effectively within a dynamic and growth organization.
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or business required; MBA or Masters in Finance preferred.
- Results-oriented leader with demonstrated ability to understand the business and the complex issues in a global Treasury organization.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with demonstrated influencing skills and the ability to build and leverage internal and external alliances.
- Experience leading teams and cross-border collaboration.
