As a senior leader of the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure team, the Business Operations Manager is responsible for building and optimizing the day-to-day planning and execution of the cybersecurity & infrastructure function. You will have an opportunity to work across the senior leadership team to build and mature operations for the function, developing a sustainable operating model and process to support delivery of our mission and goals.

Where Is The Work

From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop, monitor and analyze a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operational activities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring business processes align with organizational goals
  • Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence & accountability.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Financial management or program management roles.
  • Strong business acumen with solid understanding of financial planning and analysis.
  • Forward-thinking with exceptional planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create collaborative relationships with colleagues and influence without direct authority.
  • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.

Compensation

Base Salary: $123,000 - $160,000

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
