Where Is The Work

Field-based: Work is conducted at 5 days presence in our office located in western side of

Copenhagen.


What will you do:

Lead and support a team of Service Technicians within assigned jobs across the country. Plan and coordinate daily activities, ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians, and support in achieving operational goals. Provide administrative support to service operations, maintain strong team cooperation, and ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and assign technician workloads to meet productivity targets.
  • Oversee service execution, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Review reports, worksheets, and technical documentation for accuracy.
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate with Sales, internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
  • Schedule jobs, materials, maintenance, and service interventions.
  • Prepare work orders, dispatch technicians, and manage service documentation in planning systems and Oracle.
  • Handle procurement activities, including POs, parts orders, and goods receipt.
  • Maintain accurate records for orders, contracts, claims, invoices, and equipment.
  • Support customer satisfaction, warranty claims, and issue resolution.
  • Track service activities, monitor orders and deliveries, and prepare invoicing packages.
  • Conduct quarterly stock checks and reconcile inventory with Oracle.


Skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; university degree is nice to have.
  • Proven years of service coordination experience in industrial environment.
  • Keen interest in technology and industrial systems.
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Assertive, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and other systems.
  • Communicative English and fluent Danish.
