Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

What Will You Do

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support of chiller and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.
  • Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
  • Conducting customer follow-ups and attending scheduled meetings.
  • Supporting team coordination with the Service Coordinator for movement planning, parts arrangements, and resource needs.
  • Conducting weekly team meetings covering safety, site audits, and backlog status.
  • Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans and progress.
  • Handling service and commissioning of all models of chillers and low-side equipment as per company guidelines.
  • Performing timely PPM for chillers aligned with company SOP.
  • Conducting RCA for failures and sharing details with the Quality team and FFL.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to EHS guidelines.
  • Managing customer service requirements and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Generating leads during service interactions.
  • Ensuring high-quality job execution and timely completion of assigned service tasks.
  • Submitting daily reports to the office and ASM.
  • Sharing service reports with the Deployer along with parts requirements.
  • Maintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.
  • Ensuring adherence to all safety and vehicle audit requirements.
  • Applying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services.
  • Using MS Office, email, and basic internet applications effectively for reporting and documentation.

What you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)

  • Solid technical understanding of chillers and HVAC systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on service expertise.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
  • Familiarity with EHS compliance and safety processes.
  • Capability to prepare reports, conduct RCA, and follow SOPs.
  • Basic operational knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated team.

Qualification

  • Minimum: Graduation/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, R&AC, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of on-site experience working on chillers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems and HVAC service practices.
