工作概述和定位

作为具备系统解决方案专业知识的特灵科技专业代表,关注现有客户的机房运行效率,为客户提供专业的改造建议,通过内外部项目资源协调,推动项目完成及落实

关键岗位职责:

  • 结合公司及区域机房改造业务战略目标及市场情况,制定销售策略及计划,开拓区域内现有客户的机房改造业务。
  • 通过有效的客户拜访,识别关键客户,了解客户年度改造预算与计划,针对客户现场机组运营情况,判断改造业务机会可行性,为客户提供有价值的改造方案,赢得改造业务机会。
  • 维护关键客户项目,推进高层次的客户技术交流及推广,实现改造业务的可持续发展。
  • 整合公司内外部资源,推进改造项目的实施及交付。
  • 依照公司制定的销售目标完成业绩指标,及时完成订单及收款。

任职资格:

  • 本科以上学历,暖通或理工科相关专业背景;
  • 3年以上机房改造销售经验;
  • 熟悉各种机房系统、末端系统常用节能改造措施及实施方案;
  • 熟悉空压、冷却、锅炉等用能系统的常用节能改造措施及实施方案;
  • 对销售工作充满热情,结果导向,抗压性强;
  • 学习能力强,容易接受新知识;
  • 擅于协调内外部资源,推进项目进展;
  • 适应出差。
