Job Summary:
The MTA-USA Industrial Sales Inside Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying, qualifying and generating inbound leads, and passing viable sales leads through to Dedicated Industrial Account Managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of MTA industrial chiller products and services, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing customers. The role involves working closely with the sales, marketing, and fulfillment to achieve bookings targets and deliver exceptional service.

- From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria. Collaborate with outside sales to ensure field engagement with sales qualified customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers in selected regions and market verticals, acting as the first connection between prospects and the MTA USA sales team, using various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn) to understand their needs and pain points.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, fulfillment and product management teams to develop and implement strategies for account growth and retention, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, account status, sales activity, and forecasts for management.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of MTA industrial chiller products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to leads and clients. Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- CRM Management: Update and manage customer information and lead status in the CRM system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities as well as lead status (pipeline position, conversion metrics, etc.)
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
