What You Can Expect
Your responsibilities
- Assist in the development and optimization of new business models related to battery recycling.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development strategies.
- Support the pricing strategy by analyzing costs, market data, and customer feedback to propose competitive pricing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to gather insights and ensure alignment on product offerings.
- Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying potential partners and stakeholders for collaboration, and develop proper marketing activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
- Engage in various tasks to support the overall business development process, including outreach to potential clients and partners.
What you need to succeed
- Experience in business development, sales and marketing departments, preferred in a startup or consulting environment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in business development and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
- A passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in the recycling and clean tech sectors.
- Fluent business English and German skills
