Unlock Your Potential!
At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across the accounting, finance, and professional services industries.
We are seeking a technically skilled, results-driven Project Coordinator to join our client's Service division and expand their operations and maintenance (O&M) project portfolio across Australia. Operating 100% remotely during Australian day-shift business hours and reporting to the Service Manager, you will oversee service delivery, lead spare parts supply chains, coordinate Field Service logistics, and manage operational finances to ensure target safety, budgetary, and project milestones are met.
Your Impact
- Project & O&M Contract Delivery: Coordinate and control operational aspects of service contracts for utility-scale solar and renewable projects, prioritizing safety performance, contract compliance, and budget milestones.
- Spare Parts & Procurement Oversight: Drive end-to-end management of spare parts orders, issue quotations, coordinate warehouse/inventory flows, and liaise directly with European supply bases (e.g., Spain) and Australian customers to manage sales, shipping, and warranties.
- Logistics & Field Service Coordination: Support Operations Engineers and Project Managers by scheduling Field Service work orders, coordinating site resources, and managing travel, visas, work permits, and expense claims for field teams.
- Financial & Commercial Administration: Execute AP/AR transactions, enter progress claims, analyze revenue/expenditure variances, produce monthly financial reports, and assist with bid/proposal documentation.
- System & Process Optimization: Leverage enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, CRM, CMMS, Offers Portal) to maintain accurate transaction records, streamline service workflows, and resolve customer queries.
What You Bring
- Education & Background: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or related field) with a strong technical grasp of renewable energy, HV/LV systems, SCADA networking, or power generation.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Coordination, Project Coordination, or O&M Operations Support, preferably within utility-scale solar, wind, or industrial engineering sectors.
- Technical & Software Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise management systems; hands-on experience with SAP, CRM, or CMMS platforms is highly advantageous.
- Financial & Administrative Acumen: Working knowledge of project accounting (AP/AR, progress claims, expense reconciliation) and logistics coordination across cross-border supply chains.
- Capabilities & Mindset: Confident under pressure, detail-oriented, and equipped with exceptional written and verbal English negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
