The Senior Compensation Specialist plays a key role in the design and administration of compensation programs for every level of the organization – from frontline employees to executives. This role ensures alignment between pay practices and business strategy to support talent attraction, retention, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to provide compensation guidance, market data analysis, and modeling. Lead administration for the company’s equity incentive plan. Participate in and analyze compensation market surveys at all organizational levels; provide recommendations based on benchmarking and internal equity assessments. Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentive planning. Support other compensation-related projects, such as pay equity reviews, incentive plan design, or due diligence as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. ~Demonstrated expertise in executive pay structures, equity-based incentives, and public company disclosure requirements. ~ Proficient in developing and delivering clear, data-driven presentations for stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and the Board. ~ Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. ~ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (macros, formulas, dashboards) ~
