Position Summary
This role is responsible for providing financial support for U.S. engineering projects (including contract review, financial calculations, payment oversight, and negotiation coordination), auditing local expenses, leading local budget development, and assisting headquarters with tax tasks (e.g., filing, document handling, tax authority communications) to ensure project financial compliance and alignment between local and corporate financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial support for engineering projects, including interpretation and review of contract terms, financial calculation, control of project payment progress, negotiation of contract terms (in collaboration with the project manager), and coordination and communication with relevant departments;
- Conduct review on the rationality and authenticity of local expenses; take the lead in completing the preparation of local budgets;
- Cooperate with the headquarters to complete tax-related work, including tax filing, sending and receiving of documents, and communication with tax authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Majors in Accounting or Financial Management are preferred;
- Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant financial work experience are preferred;
- Willing to work in a Chinese company and able to accept the situation of having meetings and working with time differences from time to time.
